A new website for Theatre Royal Plymouth is the latest in a series of launches from the Made studio.
Theatre Royal Plymouth is the leading promoter of theatre in the south west of England and consists of a large main auditorium that presents West End musicals, opera and ballet and a smaller, experimental theatre called The Drum.
The new website makes much better use of assets available for promoting shows, improves navigation around the site and features a stack of other upgrades besides. Hosting has been moved to the cloud, with a more scalable infrastructure in place. The site also boasts responsive design with mobile-friendly Select-Your-Own-Seat, so mobile and tablet users are properly catered for.
Speaking of the ticket purchase pathway, that now includes one-click basket payments. Patrons are able to save their credit card details and a preferred address to their account, helping them to secure their tickets more swiftly than before and giving an improved overall user experience.
