The wet weather hasn’t dampened spirits at Made this August, due to a hat-trick of competitive pitch wins.
First up is a new website for English Touring Opera. We’re putting an emphasis on usability, with new creative fuelled by the sense of drama in their work, all powered by our top-notch Backstage CMS.
Closer to home, new and improved sites for Sampad and Millennium Point are well underway. Sampad’s new site will feature improved engagement through social media, and we’ll be looking to generate local and national exposure for their work. Millennium Point’s brief includes developing a brand for the centre through the website and promoting the venue as the vibrant business and entertainment hot spot.

We’ve been busy extending the Visit Birmingham website with three new, comprehensive features; What’s On, Maps and Directories. Restaurants, Hotels, Gigs, Exhibitions, they’re all in there and geo-tagged too.
It’s been a complex job, mashing up events-data from Global Data Point with organisation data from Marketing Birmingham’s Microsoft CRM system and Google Maps. It’s all pulled together via our own content management system Backstage.
